New appointments to AXA Partners Executive Committee: Lucie Taleyson and Jorge Tourtchine join the team
AXA Partners announces the new Executive Committee composition with the appointment of Lucie Taleyson, Chief Risk & Technical Excellence Officer (CRTO), and Jorge Tourtchine, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These two appointments are effective January 1st, 2025.

Lucie Taleyson, Chief Risk & Technical Excellence Officer (CRTO), succeeds to Alban Trubert who was appointed Head of the NAUKI region in September 2024. She will lead the Risk and Technical Excellence teams as well as the Security teams.

Jorge Tourtchine, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is replacing Sylvain Villeroy de Galhau who joined the AXA Group Finance team on November 1st, 2024.

Biography
After experience of working in reinsurance as Head of R&D of SCOR Global Life, Lucie joined AXA in 2006 in the Group Risk Management department. She was then appointed Secretary of the AXA Group Board of Directors and Chief of Staff to the AXA Group Chairman and CEO, before joining AXA France in 2011 as Head of the Technical & Innovation Department of AXA Health & Employees Benefits. Since 2020, Lucie has been the Chief Risk Officer of AXA Belgium, also in charge of Compliance and Security. She was Excom member of AXA Belgium.
Lucie Taleyson is a graduate of ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique) and holds a Master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Paris XI (Orsay) and a Bachelor's degree in international economics from the Paris IX University (Dauphine).
Jorge joined AXA in 2011, as a financial analyst in the Mediterranean region (MedLA). In 2013, he was appointed as an associate in mergers & acquisitions at AXA Group’s financial management department. In 2014, Jorge joined AXA Spain, where he occupied several functions: Responsible for technical reserves at Risk Management, Responsible for strategic planning and monitoring of P&C activities, then Director of Management control & corporate finance. Since August 2021, Jorge has been the CFO and a member of the Executive Committee of AXA Mexico.
Jorge holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña (Barcelona) and a degree in business studies from the Universidad Abierta de Cataluña.
