AXA Partners announces changes within its Executive Committee
AXA Partners announces changes within its Executive Committee marking a decisive step in the implementation of its strategic plan Scale-Up 2024-2026. In order to maximize operational efficiency and strengthen the organization's agility, AXA Partners is restructuring its activity around four major strategic regions:
• NAUKI (North America, UK and Ireland)
• INORCEE (Italy, BeNeLux/Nordics and CEE/Germany)
• MEDLA (Spain, Portugal, Algeria, Turkey, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile) & Truck
• FRANCE
Alban Trubert, currently Chief Risk & Technical Excellence Officer, takes on the responsibility of the NAUKI region, with the specific objective of accelerating the development of the Travel business. He replaces Bob Ewers, who is retiring after a professional career of nearly 40 years, including 25 years with AXA.
Stéphane Coulot, currently Country Manager for Italy, takes on the responsibility of the INORCEE region and joins the Executive Committee of AXA Partners. Stéphane Coulot brings over 20 years of experience in the assistance industry and a strong expertise in the strategic development of assistance activities in Italy and the Southern Europe region.
Adelane Mecellem continues to oversee the MEDLA region, which he has been leading since March 2022. He also takes on the Truck Business line.
Estelle Hondermarck continues to lead the France region and CLP (Credit & Lifestyle Protection) with a dual mandate: to continue the transformation of AXA Partners France and its development in the strategic areas defined within the framework of the 2024-2026 strategic plan, and to accelerate the growth of CLP in its key markets.

Thanks to his leadership, deep expertise, and dedication, he has greatly contributed to the success of our company. We wish Stéphane Coulot, Alban Trubert, and Adelane Mecellem every success in their new roles, and we are happy to welcome Stéphane in the Executive Commitee. This new organization further balances operational and transversal functions and I am convinced that it will be an important lever in achieving our strategic plan.
