Co-creating with Accor to offer medical assistance in hotels worldwide
In July 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Accor and AXA teamed up to provide medical assistance to guests across 5,000 hotels worldwide. Thanks to our expert medical solutions, Accor customers were offered access to a telephone consultation with an English-speaking doctor 24/7, in the comfort of their room. We helped Sunweb meet workcation travellers’ safe travel needs
In August 2020, we helped Sunweb, the first travel operator in Belgium and The Netherlands, to design an offer providing medical teleconsultations to its workcation travellers. So now travellers can automatically request a teleconsultation with a doctor from their own country. By activating medical teleconsultation, we made it possible for Sunweb to fulfil its customer promise of safety and health.
